1. poke a whole in the cap, tie a knot at the end of the band so it will not go through the cap, Then use the bottle as a weight.

2. Prepare diferent sizes of bottles full of water for weight.

3.have sciscors handy to cut the elastic.

4.have a ruler ready to measure the elastic

5. fill the bottle full of water the weigh it before you use it.

6. Make sure you have a scale to weigh the water.
